Introduction
Easy Config Editor is a powerful software utility that offers a range of features to simplify text editing, environment variable management, host file editing, IP address pinging, and more - all presented in a sleek, tabbed UI for a seamless user experience.Text Editor: The app provides a convenient, tabbed-style text editor that allows easy editing of frequently accessed text files, such as App.config and Web.config. You can configure frequently accessed files to open permanently in Easy Config Editor, so they are always available in separate tabs for easy access.
Windows Host file Editor:The host file is a plain text file that maps hostnames and IP addresses in Windows OS. Editing it with a standard text editor can be tedious. Easy Config Editor offers the best way to edit the host file and includes additional features, such as a duplicate finder.
Environment Path Editor: The Environment Path is a list of directory paths used by Windows OS and many software apps. Sometimes, it may be necessary to edit it, but incorrect entries can result in problems. Easy Config Editor provides the best solution for managing the Environment Path, including additional features.
IP Ping: The app also offers the ability to ping IP addresses or host names. The results can be copied into the clipboard, and the Ping context menu is available within Easy Config Editor.

Easy Config Editor is available in two editions - Installer and Portable versions. The Portable edition comes as
a zip file, which can be extracted anywhere on your computer. Once extracted, simply open the app's EXE file,
and it will start execution.
On the other hand, the Installer edition comes as a setup file, which requires an installation procedure guided by the installer wizard. After the installation process is complete, the app shortcut will be created on the desktop and programs menu. Please note that admin rights may be required for the Installer edition.
